MISSION
Homes for Iowa 's goal is to provide state of the art training and re-entry employment assistance to successfully reintegrate incarcerated men with society while constructing quality homes for Iowans across the state.

IMPACT
Since its founding, HFI has trained over 700 crew members and moved 175+ houses to over 51 counties and 80 cities in Iowa. Over 75 crew members have earned certificates in the trades. The program's lifetime recidivism rate is less than 15%.

HOMES
All HFI homes are built at the building site near the Newton Correctional Release facility and delivered directly onto the buyer's foundations. There are four different home plans, all under $110,000.
